With the ability to use your iPhone as an extension, you can effectively work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. This app also allows for parallel usage alongside one or more VoIP phones on your desk.

Users have a range of convenient features at their fingertips. They can easily send, receive, and transfer calls, with the ability to put calls on hold when other incoming calls are received from other applications. Additional functionalities include sending DTMF tones and muting audio, as well as effortlessly switching between speakerphone, handset, and Bluetooth devices. To ensure users never miss an important call, the app registers for the Apple push notification service.

Furthermore, users can seamlessly communicate with each other through text messages or image sharing. If the PBX is configured for SMS, users can also send and receive messages to external parties.

For enhanced productivity, users are provided with valuable insights regarding the availability of extensions, including whether they are on "Do Not Disturb" or currently engaged in a call. Users can also conveniently manage their "Do Not Disturb" status manually through the app or automatically through the telephone system itself, promoting an optimal work-life balance. Additionally, users can effortlessly review their call history on the PBX directly through the app and easily access voicemail messages.

The app installation process is straightforward; users can simply scan a 2D code from the PBX or follow a link provided in the invitation email without needing to enter a username and password. It's important to note that this app requires iOS 13 to operate effectively. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use version 68 or 69 of the Vodia PBX.
